Julie Smith is the senior PR administrator at Haworth. She previously served as an account supervisor at SeyferthPR and a public information officer for the State of Michigan’s Office of Financial and Insurance Services.

Floriza Genautis is the principal founder of Management Business Solutions, a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE), and 8(a) Certified company. Management Business Solutions is a professional staffing firm with national capabilities that designs customized solutions for their clients' staffing and recruiting requirements. Floriza has over ten years of experience in the accounting, finance and human resources arena with over nineteen years of specialization in the professional staffing industry.

Jeremy Bakken is a Director in the Consumer Practice at Lambert, Edwards & Associates. Over the course of his career, Jeremy has had the opportunity to work with a diverse set of clients including retail, consumer goods, office furniture, workforce development, home accents, textiles and public transportation. Jeremy is currently volunteers as a member of the board for Celebration on the Grand as the Public Relations Chairman.

Kim Bode, Principal of 834 Design, is an advanced communicator with extensive experience in strategic planning, marketing communications, media relations, event planning, and social media. In 2008, Bode was featured in both Grand Rapids Business Journal’s and Grand Rapids Magazine’s Forty Under 40 in addition to Grand Rapids Magazine’s Influential Women. She is also a graduate of the Center of Community Leadership’s Inside Grand Rapids program and a 2009 Athena award nominee.
