Women's Resource Center Named WMPRSA 'PR for Good' Client

strategies-for-workWMPRSA is pleased to announce that Women’s Resource Center has been chosen as the recipient of our PR for Good pro bono support services for 2014-2015. The Women's Resource Center advocates for women to achieve economic independence through meaningful employment. Their programs and services empower and educate. We look forward to supporting WRC in their mission to purposefully transform the employment outcomes for all women. As a special way that WMPRSA members can pay it forward, please bring an item to PRoof Awards on April 24 that can be used to help fill the Working Women’s Clothes Closet. Items in need include:

  • Gently used professional clothing
  • Dress shoes, handbags and accessories
  • Full-size personal care items like shampoo, toothpaste and deodorant
  • Paper, envelopes, pens, stamps and bus passes

If anyone would like to join the PR for Good committee to help with projects in support of Women’s Resource Center, please contact Terri Howe at thowe@howemarketing.com.
